Opera Mediaworks and Celtra Partner to Unveil Selfie and Gyro Ad Units

Advertisers can now integrate high-quality selfies into their mobile ad campaigns and showcase products in 3D panoramic mode, enabled through a partnership between leading mobile advertising platform Opera Mediaworks and Celtra, creative, analytics and optimization platform for display advertising.

The partnership, announced today, brings together Celtra’s expertise in empowering advertisers to deliver meaningful, highly-captivating brand messages to their audiences in the most effective and measurable manner and Opera Mediaworks’ vast global ad platform, which serves 64 billion impressions a month to more than 800 million consumers.

With these new Selfie and Gyro ad formats advertisers can create highly-personalized, engaging campaigns and serve them to a precisely-targeted audience.

“The Selfie and Gyro units are just two examples of deeply engaging and immersive ad types that we are bringing to market with Celtra,” says Scott Swanson, President of Global Advertising Sales, Opera Mediaworks. “Our Innovation Lab team will work closely with Celtra on new display ad formats to make this technology available to brand advertisers.”

As part of their fall travel campaign, Lufthansa continues to focus on “Nonstop you,” the personal experience and journey of each customer.

Celtra honoured with prestigious industry awards

Celtra Inc., provider of the first cross-screen HTML5 technology for brand advertising, has been named the winner of a Gold Stevie Award in the New Product or Service of the Year – Software – Marketing/Public Relations Solution category of the 2014 American Business Awards.

The winners of this premier USA business awards programme were selected by more than 250 executives worldwide who participated in the judging process from May until early August. Creator of HarvestMark food traceability and insights platform receives 23rd patent related to monitoring the supply chain

YottaMark Inc., provider of HarvestMark, the industry-leading fresh food traceability and insights platform, announced today it has been granted an important patent on using traceability to make quality measurement more meaningful and actionable in the food supply chain.

The new patent, U.S. Patent No. 8,825,516, covers a method for making a quality assessment of a product – for example in a Distribution Center or grocery store – and associating that assessment with information from a traceability code on the product packaging. The invention covered by this patent has been incorporated into a quality management solution that has conducted hundreds of thousands of produce inspections to date, worldwide.

As retailers and their customers increasingly demand better quality fresh food and the industry implements traceability, this invention represents a crucial solution for gaining actionable visibility to the supply chain.
